Websites & Development
Website creation, redesigns, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, landing pages, WooCommerce, online stores, payment services, and connecting websites with the tools a business already uses.
I started Action Development Services to help businesses make better use of technology, communicate more effectively with customers, and figure out what their next step should be.
Founder & Lead Business Technology Specialist
I have spent the last several years working with websites, business systems, technology, customer communication, and the software that helps companies operate every day.
My interest in technology started much earlier. I grew up around computers and people working in related fields, so I was able to see early on how the right technology could save time, solve problems, and make everyday work easier.
Over time, that grew into experience with web development, IT systems, business software, integrations, marketing, email communication, online stores, networks, phone systems, and many of the tools that businesses depend on.
What I enjoy most is figuring out how those pieces can work together. A website, a phone system, an email campaign, and a piece of business software may seem unrelated, but they can all affect how easily a customer can do business with you.
Technology has been part of my life for a long time. I had early exposure through family members and people working in similar fields, and that gave me a strong base to build from.
I also spent time around media, digital content, and people working in marketing and creative industries. Through college, professional work, personal projects, and the people I have learned from, I have been able to see how different industries use technology in very different ways.
That matters because businesses rarely have only one problem. A marketing issue may also be a website issue. A customer service issue may actually be a software or phone system issue. A process that feels slow may simply need two systems to communicate better.
I have been learning about computers, systems, and technology for years, well before it became part of my professional work.
I have been fortunate to learn from people working in technology, media, marketing, business, and creative fields.
My experience comes from working with actual websites, systems, software, customer communication, and business operations.
I work across several areas because those areas often affect one another. That makes it easier to look at the business as a whole instead of focusing on only one piece.
Website creation, redesigns, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, landing pages, WooCommerce, online stores, payment services, and connecting websites with the tools a business already uses.
APIs, software connections, workflow improvements, payment systems, business platforms, and finding ways for separate tools to share information and work together.
Computers, Microsoft 365, Exchange, networking, firewalls, email security, VoIP phone systems, cameras, domains, device management, and general business technology.
Email campaigns, newsletters, customer communication, content development, social media, and practical experience working with people who manage marketing and business communication.
I do not expect every client to know which platform, system, or tool they need. Part of my job is helping make sense of those options.
I started Action Development Services because I know how difficult it can be for a business owner to know what to do next.
Sometimes the problem is easy to see. A website needs to be improved. A computer is not working. Customers are not hearing from the business often enough.
Other times, the problem is not as clear. A business may know that something feels slow, disconnected, or harder than it should be, but the owner may not know what options are available.
That is where I want to help. I want to learn how the business works, understand what the owner is trying to accomplish, and help find a practical way forward.
Sometimes that means building something. Sometimes it means connecting what is already there. Sometimes it simply means sitting down, looking at the problem, and figuring out what makes sense next.
My goal is to take what I know, understand what your business needs, and help turn that into something useful for you and your customers.
I do not want to add technology just because it is available. The goal is to find something that actually makes sense for the business.
Start with the problem, the goal, and what matters most to the business.
See how the website, technology, software, communication, and existing process affect one another.
Choose an approach that fits the business instead of adding tools that create more work.
Put the plan into place, keep communication open, and continue improving where needed.
Tell me about your business, what you are working with today, and what you would like to improve. We can start there.
